We will attempt to search and locate all hidden assets within the UK and worldwide, working with guidance from you we will look at all legitimate avenues.

If you are involved in divorce proceedings and you believe that your partner is not revealing all their assets then of course you have a right to know the truth. Any decisions or actions that you take now can and will affect your financial future position forever.

We will try to uncover property investments and also search for company directorships and shares. All of our searches can be carried out in most countries worldwide or simply in the areas where we believe the assets can be found.

We, of course, have strong relationships with agents in many overseas countries and we undertake searches of property and businesses in various countries on a weekly basis.

Assets that can be presented to the Courts

In many of our cases the client we will require the information to be used in a court of law as evidence and information and to assist in a financial settlement. We must therefore provide all the evidence in a timely fashion and in a way that is submittal to the court and of course the information must be genuine and obtained legally.

This can be more relevant in our divorce cases and we can, if required, work with your Solicitor or counsel to assist further.

Searches can include

• Property and ownership in the UK and most overseas countries (where name searches are possible)

• Stock, machinery and equipment (normally in relation to a business)
• All boats and marine purchases
• Vehicles -any related finance and ownership of them
• Businesses - all of them and undeclared here in the UK and overseas
• Banking undeclared ( where allowed)
• Artefacts, antiques and artwork ownerships
• Livestock,prized animal ownership and many more
